Dana does not follow a set number of flows, it is smart and can tackle all kinds of queries It answers out of your own catalogue — your products, your prices, your stock — and when a shopper is ready it picks the size and colour with them and adds it to their cart. It never invents stock, and you set how much it may disclose. If something isn't buyable it says so. When it can't help, it hands the shopper to your team, live or create a ticket.
