100% Honest Review is Here... All 5 star reviews given here are fake. These people call every seller and request them to give 5 start reviews and promise them to give support to cover their negative reviews. But ultimately their service is totally worst, and nobody got any kind of support even after giving them 5 star reviews. THIS IS ALL FAKE 5 START REVIEWS. They put over charges on couriers, no proper support. THEY ONLY FOCUS ON ONE THING AND THAT IS " HOW TO MAKE MORE PROFIT FROM SELLERS" RATHER THAN SUPPORTING SELLERS.
They have started a new feature call CEO Desk to show that they want to provide support, I tried to use it, but believe me after sending same complaint 2 or 3 times, still I have not received any call or reply yet. it's been around a month now. THERE IS SO MANY PROBLEMS AND SCAMS IN THIS COMPANY, IF I START MAKING LIST THEN IT MAY NEVER END. THIS IS 100% HONEST REVIEW

This is one of the worst courier aggregator. They will give you lowest rates but later on overcharge you. They will not give COD remittance and tell you that your bank account number is wrong. Beware of the company and especially Pramod, Aditya and Nakul. Please do not waste money and time. Later on they will not even pickup calls and not even respond to mails

Do not recommend. Do not fulfill what they promise and later you get to know that people who dealt with you have already left the company! So, a lot of to and fro! They don't even know how to cut proper gst invoices! I think till date our gst shipping invoices have issues. So, we moved away from this company. And what they did later was even more shocking. They forgot to remit us pending orders' cod remittance. Amount in thousands (INR) is pending with them! Stay away from Dash101. Stay protected!

very bad service, very poor delivery performance got my RTO ratio over 35% where usually it used to be 20% with other company, very irresponsible people, their portal even lacks basic features, never recommended at all, they don't even reply to your escalated issues, ultimately only you and your customers suffer, stay away from dash101

Dash101 is amazing, I am using this app for almost 3 months now. I have had bad experience with other logistic apps and was a bit skeptical with Dash101 but they proved me wrong, they are extremely professional reliable have excellent customer services, If you are looking for free online store then this is application would be an awesome one. this is of the best app for online store as well as for your shipping needs. User friendly interface which will make our lives easier.

Dash101 is amazing, I am using this app for almost 3 months now.I have had bad experience with other logistic apps and was a bit skeptical with Dash101 but they proved me wrong, they are extremely professional reliable have excellent customer services, they ship my products on time to the customers, my business has increased due to thier on time shipping method. I highly recommend them to other companies to trust them with thier shipping

It is a scam App. Shopify should remove it from immediate effect. They lure people with free credit and then you end up loosing all your money. No wonder it is rated worst here.

I had to wait for 30days to get them to act on the mistakes by their team. They promised easy and proactive communication which was lacking on many levels. The dashboard shows incorrect order counts. The pricing are all incorrect, After 30 days they overcharge on almost all shipments and deduct the money from your COD reimbursement without prior notification and while settling they only give the credit in the Dash Account leaving you in no positing but having to continue to deal with their horrible experience. I am extremely disappointed on how things have been handled. Extremely unprofessional and no respect towards us small businesses. I hope there are some strict process implemented for your future customers to avoid such bad experiences.

The shipping rates mantioned and and the shipping rates charges are totally different.The support is very bad.We have been charged for 2000 grams when our shipping weight was less than 500 Grams.

I tried the app but it is not fully functional yet. Its half-baked product! It has the potential to improve a lot of things like the signing in process, the sync with shopify etc.

This App is in Beta phase.
Developers do not report the changes to the users.
They switch rates without informing.
At the time of Installation, they said their rates are lower because they make money from logistic companies, that turned out false,
their rates are higher than direct with a logistics company.
I was happy with the excellent support by Mr.Javed.
FYI, All the Customer data is visible to the Manager.
Printing receipts is a headache, no support for thermal printers.
