Die App ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und erfüllt ihren Zweck

Ich nutze sie aktiv und habe sogar ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Allerdings gibt es ein wichtiges Problem bei Vorbestellungen:

Die von mir eingestellten Versandzeiten (z. B. 17 Tage) werden nicht zuverlässig bei jeder Bestellung angezeigt.
Bei manchen Rechnungen sehen Kunden den Hinweis korrekt – bei anderen fehlt er komplett.

Das führt zu Verwirrung, da Kunden dann nachfragen, warum die Lieferung länger dauert, obwohl die Information eigentlich hinterlegt ist.

Für Shops mit Pre-Order-Modellen ist eine konsistente Anzeige dieser Information extrem wichtig.

Ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem zukünftig behoben wird.

Easy to use and great support! I started out with the free plan and I've been using it for a while now, you can customize shipping times and other stuff with just a couple fo clicks!

Basil at DC Preorders was super helpful and always responds to help us whenever we have questions or need anything done! The app itself works brilliantly and it doesn't mess with any of your styling or break your site which is great!

Having preorders and being able to defer payments is a game changer for launching and testing new products for us.

We tried many of the other Preorder apps and we came back to this one because it just works!

This app has been just what we needed for our preorders! It was able to be installed on a custom pack page and it tags at the PRODUCT level and not just the order level so even with Shop Pay and Apple Pay the customers see the preorders on their order receipts. This was clutch for us! The developer helped us figure out some work around for some of the issues like locations and messages that they didn't have a function for. Overall I've been very happy with the turnaround and experience.

Edited Review:
I ran into some limits for our store; we rely heavily on Bundles, and the DC Pre-order app has been conflicting with it.
Basil was kind enough to personally walk me through the app and explain how it works and why it wasn't a good fit for us.

I wish it were because that would have solved a few of our problems.
Maybe in the future, if there is an update, I am open to giving it another go, simply because of the support received.

So far, so good!
A solid replacement for our previous, now defunct, preorder system. It does what it's supposed to do, and gives us plenty of control over how we ha del out-of-stock, back-ordered, and pre-release items. Very easy to use!

I thought that with this app I would solve my issue of over selling items on Pre-Order and at first it was doing that very well with the Order Limit feature. But then the app started Adding QTY's to my inventory without notice, warning or any notification.

This is not very helpful when we are trying to manage many different thigns and now I have to manage how an app is making changes to my stores inveorty without notice.

I have sent over an email to try and get thisresolved and hope that it can. Otherwise I will eb requesting for a full refund, and will be lower this to a 1 Star.
