We moved our high volume perishable food ecommerce business to Shopify in 2025. During development, we immediately ran into challenges with needing to find a checkout calendar app that allowed customers to pick their desired delivery date. Our store does a lot of gifting and needed a sophisticated calendar that could handle our shipping calendar and the nuisances of perishable food. We found Flare and it has been by far the best Shopify app partner we've worked with. Their developers have been very responsive and helped us along the way with videos calls, quick email responses, whatever we needed. They've been AMAZING. They even customized several aspects of their app to make it work better for us. We just executed our first holiday season on Shopify and thanks to Flare, it was a huge success. I highly recommend them!

Flare has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our checkout process, providing features we've been searching for for years. These solutions have not only made the checkout process much easier and less confusing for our customers, but have eliminated countless hours of customer service work once orders are placed, which often used to lead to customer frustration. Though we've needed a few minor tweaks and modifications here and there, Flare has consistently been able to make updates to solve all our issues and meet our needs.
Flare have been great! We only recently intregrated Flare into our site as previously we were adding delivery dates manually to our orders and it was very time consuming. The transition to using flare has been amazing and speeds up a lot of our time now. Recently we were having an issue with one of our products and Daniel & the team were very helpful and sorted it out right away! I'm excited to continue using Flare as we develop our site into the next phase of integrating a subscription model also.

This app provides a service that perfectly matches Japan’s unique requirements for highly accurate and detailed delivery date selection by region. In particular, the zone settings that automatically assign delivery dates based on postal codes are something we have not seen in any other app. This functionality was newly developed in response to our requests, thanks to the support team’s attentive communication and dedicated development efforts.
