We've been using this app for about a year and find it really useful. Very easy to use. Love that you can have different size blocks for mobile and desktop, and that you can duplicate product cards to show different lead product shots to the user within one collection. User support great with any questions too.
A great app for anyone who wants full control over their collection layout. The sorting options are a game changer – especially the ability to push Out of Stock products to the bottom automatically. Highly recommend!
We rarely do demos, but this app requires one! Looking forward to meet Depict Team
App is having issues with pushing new collections. Their support chat button does not work. Their onboarding team cancels their meetings at the last min. I am paying a good amount of money for an app that seems to be hardly functioning and has no support.

Regarding the onboarding meeting, it unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to an emergency conflict on our side. A rebooking link was sent so we could find a new time as quickly as possible, but I completely understand how last-minute changes can be frustrating especially with a limited time frame due to the timezone difference and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
