Great app that works reliably and integrates smoothly with our store. It made pickup point selection much easier for our customers. The support team is especially helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. Highly recommended!

The app needs some further development to be fully customizable, but it is already usable enough for most cases. Also the customer service is exceptional.

It is easy to use, it is necessary to send the packages, there is no need to record data on the shipping website. We couldn't solve one thing with him, but we got a promise from the developer that they would develop in this direction.

The Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app is quite unstable. Often, the cart option doesn’t even show up, preventing customers from proceeding with their orders. On the payment page, it frequently fails to display the correct delivery options. These issues have caused me financial losses multiple times, and I have never been compensated. The support team is not very cooperative and tends to blame other apps or unrelated issues for the problems. Because of these problems, I would less recommend using this app.

When we reviewed your case we noticed that some of the issues may have been related to overlapping settings—such as multiple Packeta configurations—which can disrupt how delivery rates and options are displayed.
We understand how frustrating this can be. We are always here to help, and timely communication helps us resolve issues faster. We also want to mention that other installed apps or custom setups can sometimes interfere with the checkout process, even when everything is correctly configured in our app. When there is an issue on our end, we are always resolve that in a short time because we know how important these processes are.
