Basic app, good because free and no limits, but has its internal limit.
Only a few liquid variable can be added to the mail template and that's a huge set back.
Great app! Easy to install and set up! Highly recommend!
It's good but slow. All my customers say they don't get their link to download until hours later. if the links popped up faster, this app would be amazing!

Great app! Easy to use to control digital downloads!
It started well but then suddenly stopped working. It deleted files and I was unable to upload new ones.
pelvi.com have been using Digital Downloads for a year, it's a great free app if you want to offer eBooks.
Hi. I have been using your app to run my business since Feb. 2021 and it looks like my clients does not always receive their digital goods. It seems like the browser they use does not matter. Is there a quick way to make sure my clients always gets what they pay for using your app ?

This app is AMAZING - we distribute hundreds of downloads per day and this has been a pleasure using. A little bit of an adjustment trying to set up, but once you get the swing of things, you're all set (especially if you use the "duplicate" feature.

It's free and bearing that in mind it's superb.
We installed this app as we have several ebook type products on our store. It works perfectly, automatically emailing our customers with the link to download without us having to do anything. Only downside is that when you have a mixed order, with both physical and downloadable products you either have to manually email the customer a link or remember that even though the order has been marked "fulfilled" you still need to ship the physical products.
