I am deducting one star for the fact that the app does not add a download link to the order history on the user's page, it can only receive a download link when paying, and other times if it wants to look for a notification in emails to download. It would be nice to be able to download directly from the dashboard at any time

Excellent. This app is great for selling software and offer services.
I'm updating this app review to a 2 stars. I have been using this for over 10 years now. Lately there have been several outages that have cost me business and time.
I never see notification of updates. Everything is happening behind the scenes and downloads that I have had set up for over 10 years just stop working.
C'mon Shopify. It's all I sell. Stop terrible developement practices and test whatever it is you are doing PRIOR to going live. You are affecting live stores!
NO MORE EMAILS! They are delayed or going to junk mail. The download screen needs to appear when the customer purchases the product!
This app is perfect for our store because we deal solely with digital files. It's easy to use too.

The app offers and extend functionality and if well integrated with the whole system.
Just what you'd expect from Shopify's official apps.
Works about 75 percent of the time. Doesn't always send out the emails which is a pain and a hassle.
The app did not work at all! After 20 hours of waiting the delivery of my test order and numerous attempts to restart the download, I am convinced that trash is the only right place for this app...

nEW UPDATE BAD! Lost the ability to see if customer downloaded item, items not downloading, also not sending email to customer, In addition its not secure people have found a way to hack the app to get the files directly without paying. its adding an additional

I LOVE this app. Very easy to use and set up. My digital content is a PDF file with tutorials.I like that I can limit the number of downloads a customer can have for an order. Wish there was something I could do to is prevent customers from sharing that once they receive the PDF

Except for the fact that the download email ends up in the spam of some customers...
