The application is young and can still receive improvements, but the basic development is good. The application is already complete, easy to configure (especially for sending follow-up emails) and the support is very responsive.
After testing many similar applications, I recommend this one.
Since my first review many adjustments and improvements have been made at my request. Always in record time. The support is incredibly available and competent! I use 14 third-party apps for my Shopify store, I have tested dozens of them. It's simply the best support I've ever had to deal with.

Worked fine for a while and then suddenly I received thousands of emails about just 15 items out of stock. It had a complete paddy and I cannot imagine if it had sent thousands of emails to my customers. Reported the fault to the app developer and Uninstalled for the safety of my site. Developer has since been in touch to apologise and also confirm the issue is fixed. I already moved on to use my free Klaviyo back in stock flow that I hadn't even realised was readily available to me
So far, I've only used the limited inventory widget but it is awesome!! Everything about Doran is great and works as expected, and in case you face any issues, the support team is quick to respond and is very helpful.
Special thanks to Andrew and the team for promptly fixing any issues I come across in any of their apps. I still haven't used most of the features included in Doran's new app but I have no doubt that the quality and support are top notch
