WARNING: I had my first and ONLY sale on Amazon from this App., it was my first sale on the platform and the client asked for a return/refund since the product is very bad quality. The app refuses to give refunds and ask for a photo when amazon terms do not share photos specially a bad quality item and just received a bad review from amazon client. Inhad tonfile a disoute with my banck to get my money back since Dropshipper do not want to refund. I also found out this app is also related to another app here that have very very bad reviews for lack of support and app malfunctions. Also the app is full of bugs/errors. The first 2 days worked some features. Contacted the App support and as of today 2 weeks later no help and nothing from the app have been fixed. So just warning tou, their app do not work, it gives you lots of error issues like pricing, sync and even sendind duplicate products. Spent over 20hr adding products and 5hrs deleting them from my store. Waste of time. Hope never to do business with this useless app and very poor customer support.

dont start a subscription because you'll never be able to find where to cancel it and there is noone to talk to, to get help.

Do not use this app, they charge you for the use of it, but the products are not able to be pushed through to my shop. I have asked for a refund only to be mucked around. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription and keep charging for a service they only pretend to offer.

I strongly advise against using this app. It's practically unusable, especially with Shopify integration, which frequently fails or disconnects. This is completely unacceptable for a dropshipping platform.
Their customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. Responses are slow, generic, and utterly unhelpful. It feels like nobody is actually addressing the issues.
Worse still, billing is incredibly messy. Once you subscribe, it's extremely difficult to properly disable or cancel your subscription plan. The system seems designed to trap users in subscriptions.
In short, it was a very frustrating experience. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used.

This application has serious design flaws and the problems are extremely egregious. Without any authorization, it automatically uploaded products that we had marked as "unlinked" to the product page; and the only way to remove the association is to permanently delete all products, causing significant business losses. Previously placed product advertisements also became invalid, severely impacting store operations and causing me to lose a considerable amount of advertising revenue.

If I could put zero out of five stars, I would. As that would be a more reasonable and accurate depiction of how terrible this app is. I have continuously had problems with those who run this app and unprofessionalism. From charging my card for a monthly bill but not giving me the perks that come with said charge (didn't refund me neither), to also charging me after terminating subscription with them, to giving inaccurate links for my customers to follow their orders, to orders not even making it to my customers. Therefore, because of them, my store takes a negative hit. HIGHLY do not recommend.
