DS Shipper the app is pretty bad. It's not intuitive, ugly, buggy, quirky. Fix one thing, break another. But it works..
HOWEVER, the DS Customer Service team is 11/10 amazing. If it were not for this team, and service, we would be using something else.
There are often problems, bugs, issues we need sorted in a pinch, and we ALWAYS have someone to help us, in minutes.
Because of that I would still recommend the app, but I personally think it has a long way to go on the software side.
