Really happy with the support from the EA Sticky Cart team. We ran into an issue with the rewards/free gift functionality randomly removing items from the cart, and Arbaz was super quick to jump in and investigate it for us.
Communication was fast, clear and helpful throughout the whole process. They tested the setup directly in our store, identified the issue quickly, and had everything resolved within the same day.
Really appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to help — especially given it was impacting customer experience on our storefront.

This is SUCH A GREAT APP! It has everything you need for a cart in just 1 place so its very easy to set up. I had a small issue and thought it was going to take me a long time to fix but I reached Cx support and they answered almost right away and fixed it so quick. Love this app! Truly recommend! :)
