Boom - out of the blue today all the icons with text on my site switched off and were replaced with "only available with pro plans" making me look like a total amateur. There was no warning - they just switched off a vital function and I had to subscribe to turn it back on.
In the forthcoming redesign of my website I will be removing all plugins from this company and recommend others do the same. Total dishonesty and in one fell swoop removal of all good will and trust they had built.

We did our best to notify everyone about the Icons With Text section changes with emails sent out two months in advance—one on December 18, 2024, and another on January 24, 2025. We also displayed a notice on the Easy Content Builder app dashboard starting December 18, 2024, to keep everyone in the loop.
Unfortunately, it looks like we missed your email on the notification list, and we apologize for that.
We definitely didn’t mean to pressure anyone into subscribing to the Pro plan. We understand that every store needs time to explore alternatives if needed, especially during the busy holiday season and New Year. That’s why we reached out over a two-month period—just to give everyone sufficient time to adjust.
Again, we apologize for this unexpected circumstance and appreciate your understanding.

A very special thanks to Hannah and the tech team who were nothing but absolute class when it came to assisting us with our customizations, especially that we have an Arabic version of our site so RTL is always a challenge with Shopify.
This app pushes the limits of what Shopify currently offers, and provides you with easy to use tools to customize the look and feel of your store. The level of customization is unreal, even at just the free plan. We have switched over from Essential Trust Badges to use ECB Icons with Text section that this app offers here, and it is so far much better than we had thought. Highly recommend giving it a try and see if it suits your needs, and get creative of different ways you can use it / incorporate it into your design

I'm really excited about this app, so far! I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm still exploring all its features. It's one of the few Page Builder apps I've found on Shopify that seems to fully support Meta Objects (at least in my initial tests). Dynamic Meta Objects are definitely the way forward for Shopify, so I'm thrilled to see them built into the core of this app. I'll keep everyone posted as I learn more, but for now, I'm super impressed!

Love it! Was able to build a new home page for our shop with loads of premium features with little prior experience. The support team went out of their way to help whenever I had any questions, even going as far as to edit my theme code for me. Highly recommend you give it a try!

The technical support is excellent. The templates and content sections are very flexible and make doing 99% of what you need really simple. For the rest, the technical support is excellent

The features are a great addition to the shop if you did not buy the perfect theme. The support is also amazing. They even removed the "powered by" copyright for the free plan after talking to them. Will use them more in the future!
