This app provides friendly back-end management that helps you to create, edit and remove FAQ Category and FAQ questions/answers easily. It can create an FAQ page (Help Center) automatically in your store. Default: /pages/easy-faqs

3 Step to make a nice FAQ page (Help Center):

  1. Create a FAQ Category: Go to Apps > Easy FAQ > Manage FAQ Categories.
  2. Create a FAQ Question/Answer: Go to Apps > Easy FAQ > Manage FAQ Questions/Answers.
  3. Change FAQ skin: Go to Apps > Easy FAQ > Setting. Finally, view your FAQ page (Help Center): Go to Apps > Easy FAQ, on the top FAQ app, you can click on the "VIEW FAQs" button or access directly via "yourshopifydomain.com/pages/easy-faqs"

  1. Can I customize the FAQ page design? Yes, you can customize the design including color, font size, etc. to match your theme.
  2. How to change a FAQ page URL from /pages/easy-faqs to other URL? for example: /pages/faqs From the back-end, on the left bar go to Online Store > Pages, edit the FAQ item. Then, click Edit website SEO and change your URL value in the URL and handle field.
  3. How can my customers ask a question if they can't find an answer in my FAQ page (Help Center)? You can use the Submit a Question feature after upgrading your plan from FREE to BASIC or PRO plan.

This app is AMAZING! It looks great on the site and is really easy to use. I really like that we were able to create both an FAQ page and embed specific FAQ sections onto product pages. The customer service is also next level. All of my questions got answered right away. I highly recommend this app!
