Have been using this app for years. Then when Shopify went to the new Checkout Extensibility, it broke - pop-ups can no longer be used unless you revert to the old order status page, which is only a temporary fix. This updated app uses a different method to show the opt-in, and works with the new Checkout Extensibility pages. Support, if or when you need it, is excellent. Worth every penny.

We were using another provider and the opt in survey suddenly stopped working so none of our customers were able to leave reviews.

We have spent over a month with the other company trying to fix it to no avail. We found Easy Google Customer Reviews and it was fixed within minutes.

After switching to the new Checkout Extensibility our google reviews opt in had not worked for months. Finally this app provided a solution. Easy Google Customer Reviews is super easy to set up and Steve was very responsive in providing support when we had questions. We highly recommend it.
