Just started using the app but great support

I sell digital art. I needed this app to add resolution variation requests. I had a problem with the email going out, and they fixed it immediately. It was a pleasure. They are open to making the App answer all your needs. Highly recommended. Service was stellar!

Brand new to customization so I was a little overwhelmed. Customer support jumped right in and talked me through getting everything set up correctly! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this app. I tried at least 4 others before settling on this one. The UI is great, and the support is OUTSTANDING. They have live tech support chat, right within the app. I originally just wanted a way to offer product personalization (with an upcharge to the customer), but they also helped me set up live previews with a different background image for each variant, as well as showed me how to use google fonts so customers can have a font choice.
