The integration of Shopify to eBay is a very complex issue as the systems don't always have a 1:1 mapping of fields, terms, prices etc. the DPL app covers 99% of the issues I would consider in this regard, with a solution often alreayd in place. Because of the complex nature of the integration from one platform to another, it isn't always obvious what setting to use or how to get the app to work as intended, but the customer support chat is very helpful and responsive and has always helped me out.
Excellent App. Handles thousands of products for me from Shopify to Ebay, with very little issue. All orders from my Ebay store are handled through Shopify, so I can see and manage all orders in one place.
Really helpful, clear instructions, huge improvement to my workflow and this will help dramatically when training other staff in using the app. Thanks again for your help, great app, and great service.
It works very well. There are some options they need to add but overall it makes it easy to list on ebay. Romex provided me with excellent support on 1/13/2026
They were so helpful and fast to respond. I was so excited with my sells that when I realize that they were not syncing to my store I was in a panic. The support team told me what to do in matter for 5 minutes and was able to sync my sales. Thank you for your help eBay DLP!!
Ronex, went out of his way to ensure I really understood the entire integration from Shopify to eBay. it was an absolute great experience.
We've been using the app for a few months and it fulfils our key needs, most notable is the synchronisation of orders and tracking info between eBay and Shopify. As we scale, this is going to be an exceptional amount of time saved. Hem has been great help when we've had issues configuring profiles.
Excellent product sync between both Shopify and eBay. I have had some lapses in synchronization due to my EXTENSIVE product library (numbering the tens of thousands) but the DPL team has always been very quick to rectify it!
Not being very "techy", this app is very straight forward to use. I made an error and didn't know how to fix it, but Patrik was on the chat to guide me through it with lots of patience.
I would Highly recommend.
