eBay Integration ‑ DPL

Been a customer since 2025 and I know how well they handle customer inquiries. In two occasions they provided their services at no extra cost which is remarkable. Product sync and all the functionalities work as expected and I didn't find any other issues with their App. Most of the other integration Apps having so many issues and I find this really well established and even their packages are affordable as well. I highly recommend their service to everyone who uses integration services on day to day basis. Cheers!

Very good integration for getting onto ebay quickly. Very easy to sync product listings and orders, lots of options to get the configuration right any make sure we're sending the data that ebay needs mapped to the correct fields. Support is fantastic, shout out to Pratik for spending an hour with me troubleshooting issues I had with a couple of listings. Very fair pricing plans too. Would definitely recommend this.

The call was great and helped us use the platform more strategically. The application has helped increase our sales from what we were using prior. The customer support was very helpful in providing information. If not known initially they were good at getting the information and providing the answers. Look. Forward to expanding and integrating more in the future.

Support was quick and helped me with my issue practically no questions asked, now to wait and see if I get any bites on eBay. I like the profiles settings and that you can have it automatically change inventory which is great for people that 3d print stuff like me, as well as it will allow you to increase the price on everything to help cover eBay fees. So hopefully this will help me land some sales!

Excellent app and outstanding customer support! The integration works very well, and whenever I have a question or run into an issue, the support team is there to help. They are available 24/7, respond quickly, and always find a solution. No matter how complex the problem is, they take the time to help until everything is working perfectly. We were forced to find a new APP since our old app shut down. We found this app and downloaded it instantly. We reached right out to the team and Shreya S was the first member of their team to reach out. She immediately jumped on a Zoom call to help us integrate our current inventory with our Shopify and ebay. She took her time walking me through each step and explained everything seamlessly.

We were able to sync our current ebay to our Shopify ebay seamlessly without a hitch. This was great since we did not have to end any listings the fact that Shreya was able to guide me though this process was amazing.

We've been using the shopify app now for a couple months. We've found the company is very good about closing gaps and provides excellent support. Overall, we're very happy with the company and are exploring their other shopify apps based on the positive experience.

The app description is misleading. Syncing only works from Shopify to eBay, not the other way around. If you manually update inventory quantities on eBay, those changes never sync back to Shopify. While orders do sync, manual inventory updates do not, making the claim of "seamless, instant inventory sync" inaccurate. Additionally, the free trial feels like a bait and switch. It caps out at 50 products immediately. Once you hit that limit, you are forced to pay for an upgrade just to finish testing manual imports or syncing. For the features provided, this software is heavily overpriced.

This app description is a little misleading. It is designed to sync from Shopify to eBay, not the other way. So if I update quantity in eBay, it never goes to the Shop store. Orders did sync, but not manual updates from eBay. The description says it can seamlessly sync inventory instantly.. not exactly true.

Also the free trial was a bit of a scam. It only imports 50 products, then you have to pay to upgrade to try to manually import or sync a product, because it already hit the limit.

It's an expensive software for what it does. It is only a very basic inventory sync, and was going to be $30 a month for me. It doesn't even sync prices.

To be fair, support was very responsive and helpful, quick to respond. I just think there's better apps for the money that can do way more.
