Fantastic Support & Seamless Integration!
We switched to eBooster after weeks of back and forth (and silence!) from TikTok Shop support, and we're so glad we did. Cecilia assisted us and was absolutely brilliant — she replied instantly, answered all our questions clearly, and helped us resolve an issue that TikTok hadn't been able to figure out.
We were struggling with duplicated orders and products, and Shopify's native TikTok app just wouldn’t map our products correctly. Cecilia identified the problem straight away and guided us through a full reset and re-sync using eBooster. Everything worked perfectly after that.
Her responsiveness and knowledge saved us so much time and stress — we were finally able to get our products synced and orders flowing again without any issues. Really happy with the app and especially with the top-tier support from Cecilia. Highly recommended!

Amazing. I was using a previous app before but as the my orders increased so did the price on the other app to the point where I found ebooster which is more than half the price! I found that ebooster had all the functionality I needed and actually done some of it better and if it didn’t the team where more than accommodating in to implementing what I needed!

I used Tiktok app and it does not allow me to edit packaging information for shipping. Lost money! :( But eBooster solved this so nicely by setting it up for me! Thank you so much :)

eBooster is super easy to install and integrates well with TikTok shop, which isn't common right now. And the technical help has been amazing. They are quick to answer and very helpful. I'd recommend!

HUGE Time saver!! We have a really large category of products and it takes loads of time if we sync one by one. But with eBooster, we can create category templates, apply to products then the sync is done smoothly. Saved me a ton of manual work! We can also sync our bundle products to TikTok for promotion! That's really something I did not find in other apps.

A great way to connect your Shopify store to TikTok, very easy to use and the support and help is second to none. They have been very attentive and keeping an eye on my account, advising when something needs to be attended to and helpful with screenshots of how to do things. I would recommend using ebooster if you need a reliable way to sync your Shopify to TikTok.

I love eBooster, the order and inventory sync is swift and real time! We can set warehouse for titok and set thresholds for our store to avoid overselling. And we get timely informed if anything goes wrong. Great customer support!

I have been really impressed with how well Kim has worked with us and communicated with us. Long may this continue!
