Forage has been an incredibly helpful partner in navigating the process of adding EBT payments to our checkout! Working with the USDA is certainly challenging, but Forage was there to answer any questions and to help us draft communications with the FNS. We're very happy with their services and hope that more stores can offer EBT in checkout!

The Forage team is simply amazing. We don’t have tech folks on our small nonprofit team, but they steered us confidently throughout the entire process. They are incredibly responsive to any issue they notice, or questions we have, and always get back to us promptly. The integration itself is really simple for us to monitor independently for anything we need to do, such as product eligibility or refunds. We’re grateful to have their support and expertise. Without it, we would not have been able to bring SNAP to our online store, which is important to our food access work.

Forage's hands-on technical and operational support proved essential in getting set up, as we encountered some challenges around metafield tags making it difficult for the Forage checkout to correctly identify SNAP-eligible products. At the end of the day, though, we were able to team up to resolve the issues and are now able to offer EBT as a payment method to our customer base.
