This app broke my website navigation even though the app was hidden from the storefront/site.

This is a serious issue because it affected the functionality of my live website without being visible to customers. I also tried contacting your support through Live Chat, but no one responded, even though an agent was showing as available online.

Really impressed with this app so far. The surveys are easy to set up, look clean on the storefront, and give us useful customer insights immediately. Support was also fast and helpful whenever we had questions. Definitely worth trying if you want a simple but effective post-purchase survey app.
