Technical issues with online linking to PDF's. No response when you contact them on chat, or through the contact formular.
We apologise for any problems you may have faced when using our app, and also to hear about the lack of support you received.
This should not have been the case, hence we have implemented a new support system making sure we never miss a ticket again.
As much as this 1 star review hurts, its deserving due to lack of support. If we can do anything to help change your mind and rating, then please let us know.

We are using this app to help our customers download the user manuals for our products.
The user manual can be downloaded from the product page or from the dedicated "user manuals" page, where the customer can search a product in the library.
The app is well thought for this use case. The app is great and we had it for a long time and I've seen it evolve and get better and better as time passed.

The only app we have found that lets you show user manuals on the site. we use this app it does everything for us and even tells us how many times a manual was download and for what countries. Kudos to the support team too for their help in getting setup.

I am not a tech person. Asked support for help and they installed and setup the app for me. Can not fault their commitment to helping me out.

We are keen to be green and eco friendly and saving paper a key part of this. We used to send all customers a printed booklet but now we just tell them to look at the website. Great solution and recommend.

Needs some more options to customize the button but perfect solution for digital user guides.

it is a great app but,
It would be awesome if you could make more templates then 1.
I have a few suggestions;
Make a filter above the table;
Let people create headers above the list on de page;
Let people control the border lines inside the table;
Next of all if you could make moren then 1 template (different tables with different connections of categories of the items) would be awesome!
Great app does what is must do recommend if the developer could make my suggestions reality.

The app is great - functional, does what it says it does, but more importantly is not filled with bugs like other similar apps. Communication with technical support is also excellent and prompt and helpful responses. Recommended.
