enComm is the perfect solution for businesses using Shopify and call centers — an exceptional product with top-notch support. They truly understand the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model. This is a longer review, but I think it will be helpful for anyone considering this platform:
Call Center Orders:
We needed a call center solution that seamlessly integrates with Shopify to support our direct mail efforts. enComm was the only platform that offered a built-in API connection between our call center and payment gateway. With other options, I was looking at $5K in developer fees and ongoing maintenance just to get the integration working. With enComm, the integration was flawless and incredibly cost-effective—an insane value for what we got.
Online Storefront:
Our subscription conversion rate has improved 5x compared to our previous tool. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the setup is straightforward. What's even better is the flexibility and ease of modification—it feels like custom-designed work rather than a generic, off-the-shelf solution.
Support:
A+ service all around. enComm has teams both in the US and India, and their response times were excellent. They answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free
