The feature set looks broad but truing to implement out of the box without CSR support as soon there is a hitch (inability to select collection based products in bulk). Really too bad. I understand maybe you have to wait for support. We will see. Two issues in two hours. No solutions.

This app does have a lot of features but for most you need to upgrade to the Enterprise level (which is worth it). The online chat help was wonderful and they helped me set up easily and fixed every detail for me that I needed. They couldn't have been more helpful, thanks!

Had small issue in first getting installation to work; but submitted a request for help and they completed the installation and now working great.
