I have used this app a couple of times and have found it really useful, and the support - to the limited extent I have needed it - has been prompt and helpful and available. This is great. As a small business with non-standard, curated inventory from small batch suppliers, I need to be able to take pre-orders and to be able to notify people when the item they want is back in stock, since I am often not entirely certain of when goods will arrive. The Essential Preorder product is the perfect solution for this. I don't need this app all the time, nor for all products. So, being able to configure it to my circumstances for specific products at specific times is really helpful. For the rare circumstance where I need to apply a pre-order option to all products (say, I am taking a vacation), this helps the store remain in business online with customers being informed that their order will ship in X days (when we're back). So, it's a perfect little helper, and priced fairly for my small scale.

Straightforward app. Been using it for about a month, no trouble at all even when updating the theme. I did however encounter an issue where the pre-order button wasn't showing when I published a specific campaign but the team (shoutout to Matas) was very quick to troubleshoot and fix. Would definitely recommend!

This is simple, slick, and does exactly what I hoped that it would. You can offer preorders on products only once they sell out, or have them turned on all the time (give the customer a discount if they choose preorder instead of buy now, etc.). Another great app from Essential

We've been quite happy with Essential Preorder. It's simple to set up and does exactly what we need. It makes it easy to offer products for preorder, clearly communicate expected availability to customers, and manage preorder settings without adding unnecessary complexity.

It integrates well with our storefront, the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance.

Mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft die Zahlungseinstellungen: Derzeit können Kunden entweder sofort oder zu einem vorgegebenen Zeitpunkt belastet werden. Ich würde mir zusätzlich die Möglichkeit wünschen, die Zahlung erst bei der Erfüllung bzw. dem Versand der Bestellung einzuziehen. Das würde die App noch flexibler machen. Insgesamt kann ich sie jedem empfehlen, der eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Pre-Order-Lösung für Shopify sucht.

i have a mostly preorder model so this app has been invaluable and has allowed me to formalize that process. the recent Omnisend integration will be extremely useful as that's the email platform i use. i spoke with Andy N about some features i would like to see with this integration as well as some clarifying questions, and he was prompt and extremely helpful with his responses

The Essential Pre-Order app has been very helpful for our Shopify store. The setup is clear and the app works well for showing pre-order products, dispatch dates and stock availability.
