Great app for handling preorders on Shopify. It integrates well, looks seamless n the product page and helps us keep sales going even when items are out of stock. Setup was straightforward and support is helpful when needed.
I just started using the pre-order app more heavily recently. It's a really good integration and for anyone needing to order products they make from a fab, this is a great way to keep selling your items while your stock is on the way. I had one small issue with the pre-order button not showing up while using easify options with it, but Matas from their support knocked out a fix for me in about 10 mins. You crushed it, my man! Thank you guys!
We've been using the app for our Pre-Orders and it has made a huge difference in the way we're handling the Preorders now. I contacted support once, and the issue was resolved the same day. Matas was lovely assisting us.
I cannot recommend Essent Preorder Back in Stock enough! Very nice app with all the features you need and none that you don't. We've used it several times and been very happy with how its performed, and if we had questions they were addressed and resolved quickly. Recommended!
This app does what we need it to. We use it for back ordering products. We are able to style the button in the way we want and the support is great. They respond and fix very quickly.
Great customer support - and while I believe there is room for improvement with some features, I feel it accomplishes the most important aspects of preorder campaigns very effectively with good UI.

The App features and specifically notifications feature has been very helpful for engaging our customers and managing preorders efficiently. Overall, our experience has been great.
We have tried many apps - but this one stuck ... it's great for pre-orders as it can automatically remove tags when the pre-order is finished and it automatically sets "continue selling when out-of stock" and turns it off again.. back in stock is great too.
Terrible app. Just turned it off because I had stock and it kept the code in the backend, not allowing my customers to use the checkout button. This was unknown to me for a few days, so I would have lost a few sales. Definitely do not recommend.
