ethos: Loyalty, Referrals, UGC

ethos has been everything we wanted and more. Vohara and Maddie have been an absolute pleasure to work with--going above and beyond our expectations.

The platform itself has an impressive amount of customization. Something that is ideal for any small and growing business. Plus they are consistently rolling out new features--including some that are quite innovative. They are always looking for ways to improve the experience both for us and for our customers.

Once we went live with the Rewards Program ethos setup for us (simultaneously super easy & exhaustive in scope), we saw an immediate jump in customer activity & average order value.

We’ve been using Ethos for Fomin and it’s been such a great addition. It was really easy to set up and actually makes sense compared to other loyalty apps we tried. Vohara, the founder, has been super helpful and genuinely nice to deal with whenever we’ve had questions. The app itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need without feeling overcomplicated. Overall it just feels like a well-thought-out product with a founder who actually cares.
