Aplicación muy útil y fácil de configurar. Necesitaba aplicar tarifas de envío específicas únicamente para España Peninsular y pude hacerlo sin problemas. Además, el soporte técnico fue excelente: respondieron rápidamente a mis dudas y me ayudaron a dejar todo configurado exactamente como necesitaba. Muy recomendable para cualquier tienda Shopify que necesite reglas de envío flexibles.

I needed this app for only a few small (and light) skus in my inventory of a few hundred items, so I didn't want to setup all of my skus in the app. Despite the fact that we have several shipping structures within Shopify, this app worked perfectly under every scenario on the first try. Never had that happen before.

We were already using the SMART Checkout Rules app, but ran into a dilemma today when our shop went to go run a special shipping sale for subscribers that required some specific shipping conditions to put in place. Unfortunately, Shopify by default doesn't seem to have the ability to choose which shipping methods a shipping discount can be applied to, and doesn't let you set customer tags or segments to a specific shipping method either.

This is where SMART Shipping Rates came to save the day in a pinch! I reached out to Reymar on the customer service team, and we were able to come to a very quick and flexible solution that solved my dilemma in a short amount of time, since the email campaign we were planning needed to go out today. Reymar was very friendly and knowledgeable, and by the looks of it, the app has quite a few very flexible features that could help solve a lot of Shopify shipping limitations in the future as well. Seamless shipping rate integration into a Shopify retail store that is also selling wholesale to stockists. Customer service people were extremely helpful as I am not great with shopify and the app installations - they assisted me to set it up. They also followed up to check it was working correctly after I tested the ordering sequence.

We had a fairly complex shipping setup involving postcode-based Metro, Regional and Remote zones, weight-based rates, free shipping thresholds and multiple shipping options. Reymar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and had everything configured much faster than I expected.

Ran into a snag setting up my B2B along with my D2C shipping profiles. This app did exactly what I needed it to do. Give my B2B customers a customized shipping option while my D2C shipping options didn't have to change. Took a bit to figure it out, but with a quick chat I was led in the right direction.
