I just installed this and I'm incredibly pleased with the product and the customer service. The FAQ is perfectly integrated into my theme (which is why I chose this app) and the service has been phenomenal. I asked for some small formatting changes and quickly got a response with instructions. Great app!

This app has helped BirdSupplies.com answer questions for customers and post testimonials in an attractive format. It is so easy to use. I installed it and configured several FAQ categories several months ago. Today,when I wanted to add a testimonials category, it was a snap to add. I highly recommend this app

The best customer service ever. I never got such a customer service, free of charge- not something that you also see here, when some apps charge you 20-30 USD for a little help. In this case, I got an immediate help, and a very helpful one, again, free of charge. Besides this fact, it is a great app. Just what I needed in order to present my store to my potential customer. This is indeed a totally-flexible app, a real must for me, once you take under consideration that the language of my website is Hebrew. Did I mention the awesome customer service? At first, I could not have written in Hebrew. The app simply did not acknowledge this language. After sending an email, wondering if there is a possibility to write the FAQ page in Hebrew- with a little hope indeed…I got an email in return (10 minutes or so later), according to which the app was just adjusted in order to suit my needs…! Simply unbelievable.
