We added OuterSignal because we wanted to better understand who was actually buying from us and focus our energy on those customers. OuterSignal quickly shows us patterns and buyer data we didn’t previously have access to and the speed alone is a game changer. We’re able to see what’s happening and act on it almost immediately, which has made our marketing and sales efforts way more focused. It’s easy to use, doesn’t feel overwhelming, and gives us clarity without overcomplicating things. The team has also been great to work with and responsive. This has been a solid addition to our stack.

However, it was recently acquired and integrated into the OuterSignal platform which is a much more fully featured product. We'd love to get you free access so you can give it a proper try!
