I would definitively recommend FAQify. Not only is it easy to use but the support is great. I am not all that tech savy and probably ask dumb questions but I never felt like that when I needed help. I spoke to Alex and they were great. Highly recommended.

I think there's something wrong with this app. My FAQs are published on ALL product pages even after telling support that I need it to be published on just one specific product. The FAQs are all over the place and even in irrelevant product pages. In addition, every time I hit "publish," the app stalls.
We fixed the problem and replied you but you did not response!
The FAQify app has helped us segment our most frequently asked questions and provides a much better experience for the customer. Very happy with the overall set up, and ease of the app.

The response rate to my request was prompt, Alex helped to transfer and set up my FAQ page. It will be better if the App allows to set up FAQs for a specific category or a collection page.

For your requirement, our app really supports that. So each FAQ group has an embedded code, you can use that embedded code to insert it into the collection page or product page you want.

This app is worth its weight in gold! It was exactly what I needed to organize commonly asked questions so that the info did not read like a 30 chapter book. I was able to have FAQ pages for each service I provide. The editor allows me to customize the text and format colors so that the embeded page blends with other pages on my site. Alex quickly responded to my inquiry and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. FAQify is affordable one of the best apps that give my customers a great user experience.
