This app doesn't work. Ive been trying to gain access for almost 2 weeks. Deleting today immediately.

We can see you haven't registered account with us, please create a account.
1. Go to Apps-> feedback
2. Click on signup and register an account
3. Sign in & Click on Feedback
Next step is to install on shopify.
1. Go to Theme settings
2. Click on App embeds
3. Select Feedback Kitty and Enter your project ID.

This is my first app review. This app is bloated, messy, and difficult to use. It looks ugly on the website, and there's no seamless integration with existing users in Shopify which makes me wonder why this is even a Shopify app if users have to have a second login to access the feedback.
