First of all, we would like to express our deepest apology for the unwanted experience you have with our app in a few days back.

Allow me to explain the situation further, since 29th November is a Black Friday sale, we have received an unexpected amount of request from our merchant and it's exceed our expectation, thus leading to this issue.
