Wij werken inmiddels ongeveer een halfjaar met Firmhouse voor onze abonnementen en zijn zeer tevreden over de samenwerking.
Vanaf het begin is het contact prettig en persoonlijk geweest. De communicatie met onze vaste contactpersoon verloopt goed en er wordt actief meegedacht wanneer we vragen hebben of ergens tegenaan lopen. Ook de support is snel bereikbaar en problemen of vragen worden doorgaans snel opgelost.
Daarnaast vinden we de backend prettig om mee te werken. Het platform is overzichtelijk, gebruiksvriendelijk en geeft ons een duidelijk beeld van onze actieve abonnementen, bestellingen en klanten. Ook het beheren en aanpassen van abonnementen is eenvoudig.
Nu het aantal abonnementen binnen ons bedrijf steeds verder groeit, merken we hoe belangrijk het is om een betrouwbare subscription partner te hebben die met ons mee kan groeien. Tot nu toe zijn we erg tevreden over Firmhouse en kijken we uit naar de verdere samenwerking!
