Alex was great. so hopeful and friendly and patient most of all as I had so many questions and comments. He resolved my issue so quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough
Found the app and reached out to the developers to ask if some verbiage could be changed. We needed an app with a "shipping out" date, not a delivery date or window of delivery time. I happened to catch them during developmental updates and as such it took a bit of time to get the app fully situated but we are loving the final product!
