Shopify Flow

Tried to create a flow to catch fraudulent accounts being created by bots. Shopify should have a way to block these. Could not use flow to delete customer accounts with specific last names that have not added products to cart. Added to cart is not available. Can only check for order created.

i have made so many attempts to get this to work. I love the idea, but it takes too long to solve issues and I quit as I don't know how to fix the foundation of why a flow isn't working

Shopify Flow + Messaging is inconsistent when it comes to setting up automated emails. Sometimes drafts can be selected normally, while other times the selection does not work at all. As a result, simple tasks like creating automations become unnecessarily time-consuming and complicated. Sidekick also keeps generating workflows errors and adding even more friction. It is hard to understand how a platform that positions itself as simplifying e-commerce can make simple automation tasks feel so unintuitive.

eh va male male.. si inpianta spesso, le preview delle email non si aggiornano, non è possibile modificare certi elementi se non cacnellandoli e rifacendoli.. e mi dimentico qualche altra utilissiam feature

I'm creating multiples block lists as they stop working if they are too heavy.

AWFUL. Deserves NEGATIVE stars. Needlessly complicated & confusing (couldn't possibly be to forcibly increase AI usage???), doesn't work 99% of the time, especially the BS AI. I hate it so much. I demand you bring fraud filter back.

this was very confusing, we followed directions exactly and it was sending us in an infinite loop. it took us an hour to create a single automation and we are INTELLIGENT PEOPLE!!!!!!

I just did the same thing 5 times and the linking between messaging and flow decided it wanted to work eventually... nothing changed in how i was doing a single thing...

Worthless data. I dont want summaries I want the report i asked for. Waste of time.
