The idea is great however it has been unable to perform most tasks I have asked for so far. I have used the Sidekick bot which has suggested multiple Flow tasks and then told me it couldn’t complete the task it suggested because no such function existed within Shopify

Not very happy with its consistency or results

So incredibly difficult to set up a basic automation. I used Sidekick and Claude and this took me almost 3 hours.

updates that change and restrict sidekick. trying to do flows and they do not show up and you can not access them if the AI does it. check things before you publish

suddonly stopped working for no reason

Not very good. WE had a ton of fraud so we set our products to draft for just a few minutes, then when we made them active again our automation email with the product in it did not work, said our product was not found, and email was inactive. We had to re-select the same exact product that was selected before but deleted in the email. Could you imagine if we had to do this for a number of products? Ridiculous, as nothing changed with anything except turning product off and on for a minute. Clunky platform.
