The app works well, but the pricing model is confusing.
The plan initially showed 10,000 Flow Actions for $9.99 without clearly stating this was a lifetime limit. Since the price is monthly, this can easily be misunderstood.
More transparent communication would help a lot.

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for the constructive discussion we had.

For transparency to anyone reading this: the review refers to our earlier pricing structure (prior to December 2025), where the 10,000 Flow Actions were included as a total allocation. While existing users remained on their original terms, we understand that presenting this alongside a monthly price could reasonably lead to confusion.

Since then, we have updated both the pricing model and the wording in the dashboard to make limits and billing cycles much clearer and more aligned with standard monthly expectations.

We genuinely appreciate the feedback, as it directly helped us improve how we communicate pricing. If you ever decide to give FlowMail another try, we’d be happy to personally assist you.

This app integrates seamlessly with Shopify Flow and makes sending custom order confirmations, follow-ups, account validations, and other critical customer emails effortless — something Shopify’s native tools simply don’t offer.

Setup was quick and intuitive, and the app just works exactly as promised. What really stands out is the support team — they respond fast, are incredibly helpful, and even implemented feature requests in under a day.

An amazingly helpful, and extremely easy to use app, once you get the logic. Customer support is excellent. The response time was less than 5 minutes and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes.

this stupid guys just charge me $1 for each flow sent, I got a $37 charge for a flow, when there is a option of $49.99 unlimited, fair? not really

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused.

To clarify, the $1 charge is not per flow sent. On your plan, 2500 Flow actions per month are included, and the additional charge applies only after that limit is exceeded, at $1 per 100 additional Flow actions. This pricing is outlined in our plan details.

Even though the actions were successfully processed by our system, we issued a full refund of the $37 as a courtesy.

We also attempted to reach you multiple times via email to explain the situation and assist further, but unfortunately did not receive a response. If you're open to it, we'd be happy to help clarify anything or resolve remaining concerns – and we'd truly appreciate it if you could consider updating or removing this review once the misunderstanding is cleared up.
