The current version of the Flxpoint app makes it super simple for store owners to connect their Flxpoint and Shopify stores. Flxpoint has thoughtfully worked through all the logic to make it easy to configure the new storefront as a new channel in Flxpoint. Flxpoint handles all the details of product and inventory syncing, automatic order routing, and shipment type mapping.
App is bugged, comes with a lot of errors that requires manual intervention, it came up for renewal and now its suddenly £199 a month!? Absolute laughable price, after using it id say its worth £10 - £20 a month at most!
Unfortunately working with FLXpoint required a lot of manual intervention which is quite the opposite of what you would expect from this tool. Creating products on Shopify never worked - every time we try to publish a new Item to Store something does not work as expected and we need to raise tickets to get it sovled. Orders do not Sync correctly and in some cases you won't even get a notification for this so you will find out once a customer complaints. There is no documentation at all.
Their support becomes worse and worse with every week. They will always tell you everything works as expected and your setting is the problem until you explain them for the third time and in extreme detail that it's not. We even escalated the case to their Head of Support who after multiple sessions told us that it's just "Our Perception that the tool does not work". And all this while we are on their highest tier plan.
