This app breaks down fairly often without warning and just doesn't send emails. Ive been reaching out to support (in china) for weeks now with no response. App has been deleted and we are building our own in house
Thank you for the honest review, and I'm sorry we let you down. You were right: emails weren't going out reliably and support wasn't answering. Follow Up Email is now run directly by Klax Holdings. Since then we have moved to a rebuilt hosting setup, fixed a number of problems that caused missed and delayed emails, and support requests now come straight to me. If you ever want to give it another look, write to support@followupemailapp.com and I will personally make sure your setup is working. Jenna, Klax Holdings
2024 Update: APP HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY DEVELOPER. DO NOT SIGN UP. Unfortunately 5 years after my initial review this app seems to be faltering. Problems with delivering emails, at times when you try to access the app you just get a 'bad gateway' message, and customer service, which was once very fast and helpful, now is virtually non-existent with no reply for many days or more. I will likely start looking for an alternative at this point.
2019: Got the app to send individual downloads codes to customers after checkout automatically. With some tweaks it's been working like a charm. Great customer service as well to help us get what we needed - very responsive and quick. A lot of other features we have yet to delve into but intend to. Recommended!

Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.
