Hi there,

I would like to see the following functionality:
1 - the option to have the email go to the customer based on the date of delivery instead of the date of order.
2 - the ability to add in some simple star rating questions into the email. for example 'how do you rate the product' 'how do you rate the ordering process' etc etc

Follow up email app is very beneficial for our website. We were looking for an automatic way to ask our customers for their reviews of recent purchase. About sending these emails, it is very good at it, but now we did not get any respond from our customer. After couple times, we will be looking for formatting email template. I hope it will work. Application is very helpful and easy to use.

We have just started using this apps, hope to utilize it's feature bit further. As start-up business I needed to submit this feedback to get things going. So far it has been useful to send follow-up email to customers, but we didn't dig up enough to see it's full potential. I will review my feedback once again later on once we experience this for a couple of month.

I am currently using the Basic version which is very suitable for my business. All the features of the Basic plan is awesome. The app is very easy to use. The abandoned cart feature is awesome and I especially like that you can schedule the time the emails are sent.
