We have had the app installed for about two weeks. Occasionally, some emails didn’t come through, but that was more our fault. Now, however, the entire website and app have been down for several hours. Support is not responding, and the codes are not being sent out. This MUST NOT happen, as OUR customers now have to wait longer for their codes.
Should I now send them out manually? And when will everything be running again?
This app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store!! It's super easy to set up, and the instant code delivery has greatly improved our customers' experience. Plus, their customer support is responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! :D 5 out of 5 stars

We use the app to fulfill eProducts and it works great. In the few times we ran into issues, support was very responsive and was able to address the issues. The support team was also able to rush a feature for us to help prevent fraud cases that we were experiencing. Great team!
