Easy to use and implement. A great option for simple to complex form needs.
Cheap and easy but missing a critical component of form building, which is to move questions around. Can't use it because of that as going back and making edits to your questionnaires is too time consuming to re-do.
Would be nice to have more controls and default text.
Useless and too expensive app.
C'mon - you have basically no features in the free version and you want to charge 10 bucks per month for a usage of 2 (!) forms?? Waste of time.

Totally customizable and free! What else would you want?
