Super responsive to help me out with the issue I was having. Not the most visually appealing forms but you can customize them if you know how to code. Coding is not necessary. Works exactly as expected. I have a newer template and this works seamlessly.
Great app and Great service. A majority of my business comes from forms and this one is a keeper. I like the conditional logic that shows certain fields based on answers in other fields. I also like the auto emails it will send upon submission of the forms, to the customer and to me. You can send them from your own email and you can customize the emails with form entries for added personalization. The support has been there to help me through a few issues as well!

This app is so simple to use and set up and the support is phenomenal. I needed assistance on a multi language site and support just logged in and updated the code for me. Excellent app and support Thanks
