We have experienced everything that could possibly go wrong while availing their services — delayed shipments, misrouted parcels, irate customers, and utterly clueless managers. Every interaction has been a lesson in frustration.
If you and your customers wish to endure unending inconvenience, pain, and anguish, then by all means, choose them. Otherwise, steer clear for your own sanity.
Fship has made my shipping process much easier. The flat-rate pricing model is very helpful in keeping my costs predictable, and the dashboard is simple to use even with bulk orders. Pickups are usually on time, and deliveries reach customers without much delay. I also like the seamless Shopify integration which saves me a lot of effort. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend Fship to other e-commerce sellers.
if you are looking for shipping highly recommend to go with them . great tech and excellent support team. Also like other couiers they wont put fake discrepancies.
Great, service by fship. Easy to integrate, great rates, new panel is very helpful to get data to analyse. Address validation is good for genuine order rectification.
Great Experience, highly recommended for startups
I had the worst experience with FShip Courier. Instead of focusing on genuine delivery, their team seems determined to RTO (Return to Origin) as many orders as possible. My RTO rate with them shot up to 70%, which is absolutely unacceptable for any delivery partner.
On investigating — by personally calling each customer with an RTO order — I found out they didn’t even attempt delivery! Customers repeatedly said they never received a single call from the delivery boy. Even after I initiated reattempts as soon as I got the first NDR (Non-Delivery Report), my orders were never reattempted and were directly marked as RTO. This is a clear sign of neglect and poor service.
Do NOT use FShip Courier.
They make lots of promises which they will never keep. If you want to lose money and customers, go ahead and choose FShip. Otherwise, save yourself from this frustration and look for a more reliable courier partner.

Fship has been really good for us. Their logistics service works well and pricing is fair too. Whenever we need help, our KAM Yash is always quick to respond and supports us nicely. the dashboard is easy to use and address validation feature is amazing. The overall delivery performance is reliable, and it makes things easier for our business. Highly recommended.
Worst Experience with Fshipping – Stay Away!
I had one of the most horrible experiences with this shipping aggregator. They advertise 1–2 days delivery, but the reality is shocking — my orders reached customers in 10–11 days! This is not just a one-time issue, it’s happening repeatedly.
To make things worse, they gave wrong address updates for a customer whose order had already been delivered earlier, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration.
The most shocking part? They tampered with my parcels. Clothes were stolen, packets were changed — totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
On top of this, their charges are extremely high compared to the pathetic service they provide. And when you try to reach support, there is no real help. They just keep repeating “we’re resolving your issue” but never actually solve anything or even bother to listen properly.
If you care about your business and customers, never trust Fshipping. They will damage your brand reputation with delayed deliveries, zero support, and unethical practices.

Even 1 start is 100000 time more than their service.
