1.For reverse Booking-Theu say tech issue
2.For COD remittance -They say tech issue
3.For Notifications to Customers-They say tech issue

My COD remittance is delayed for more than 10 days now and they say tech issue.

Kindly release it on priority. I will add all screenshots of communications here on google where everything you so call them tech issue.

Fship = Fraud Ship. IF YOU WANT TO DESTROY YOUR BIG BUSINESS, USE IT. It's good for ladies running home business with 1-5 parcels daily.

BIGGEST FRAUD RACKET - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PRODUCTS AND ASK YOU FOR PACKING VIDEOS.
They blocked our account so that we could not track the things properly and have no visibility to our account.

8000₹ still due on Fship in terms of stolen parcels / CoD.

Air parcels delivered after 15 days within the same state of Maharashtra, forget about other states.

Most of the 5* reviews are either from proxy accounts or they are using Fship to send 5-100 parcels a month, using Fship for individual shipping.

Finally we closed the account with Fship after 100 days.
60000₹ fake RTOs, loss of business. No reimbursement of courier charges for FAKE delivery attempt.

RTOs are returned after 40 days.
Fake products in RTO are common.

Big Fraud Company - They will hold your money and block your account keeping you and your customers hanging . BEWARE FRAUD HERE

Can improve vendor support and panel functionality.

Also mesagging of tracking ids to customer- can be improved.

Experience has been great with good on ground and priority escalations. KAM support is commendable.

Fship has made my shipping process much easier. The flat-rate pricing model is very helpful in keeping my costs predictable, and the dashboard is simple to use even with bulk orders. Pickups are usually on time, and deliveries reach customers without much delay. I also like the seamless Shopify integration which saves me a lot of effort. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend Fship to other e-commerce sellers.

For any new company considering sending shipments with them - DON'T! Their website does not work properly, they do not resolve issues on time, they do not get back on call or emails. When they do, they assure an update that never comes. I have to explain them the issue multiple times over multiple calls again and again and they never solve it! They will take your money and give you false promises and but never solve your issue.

You are much better off with shiprocket.

I had excellent relationship and service with Harsh who is our RM with FShip. Like all other service providers, FShip also has its issues as they are dependant on courier agencies who are not perfect. But Harsh makes a big difference. He takes initiative anD steps to ensure problems are solved.

We have experienced everything that could possibly go wrong while availing their services — delayed shipments, misrouted parcels, irate customers, and utterly clueless managers. Every interaction has been a lesson in frustration.

If you and your customers wish to endure unending inconvenience, pain, and anguish, then by all means, choose them. Otherwise, steer clear for your own sanity.
