Create purchase orders for your products. Save time receiving inventory with just a few clicks.
With Full Shelf, you can quickly create purchase orders and send them to your suppliers, either by downloading a PDF file, or emailing a link. The app will automatically restock your inventory quantity, when a PO is received, saving you time in the process. The app includes a "Supplier SKU" field, in case you need to differentiate from your own SKUs. Also, it allows creating a PO from a regular Shopify Order, and request a supplier to ship tot the customer directly.

We have been using this app since the beginning of the year (2020) for vendor purchase orders. Overall it is a great app and provides a lot more data entry compared to other apps in this category. It does have weird glitches every now and again, but what app doesn't. The biggest plus is the developer has fantastic communication and will implement modifications at your request to help improve the app for your needs.
I uninstalled because it was not what I was looking for. Please cancel so I am no longer charged, the $9.99 per month. Normally, I would not leave a review for this request, but I don't see how I can contact. Please cancel. Thank you.
Hello there!
After checking our records, it looks like the app was installed/uninstalled earlier this month, and then again a couple of weeks after that. On the second install, the free trial had already expired, so it was just a normal subscription. That explains the charge. However, not to worry. We've issued a refund for you just now.
Regarding your second point, the app listing does have a support form on the bottom left of the page. That said, it does seem somewhat hidden. I've submitted feedback to Shopify, to make that button more visible, perhaps by moving it further up on the page.
