About Full Shelf Purchase Orders


Create purchase orders with delivery date, supplier information, line item details and cost, plus tax and shipping information.

You can add items to a purchase order by selecting from individual products, or quickly create a PO from your existing Orders on Shopify. Set a PO as "Received" to quickly update your inventory quantity, similarly to Transfers.

New (April 2019):

  • Display logo and product images on Purchase Order PDF.

  • Download CSV file with line item details.

  • Set a payment due date for a PO and mark it as "paid" or "unpaid".
  • Display discounts offered by the supplier, including account credit.
  • Create return vouchers, to send back items to the supplier and decrease inventory.
  • Improved interface to order and search PO's.

Add items from Shopify Orders or Drafts

When you create a PO from an existing Shopify Order, the app will pre-fill the exact quantity sold of each product, in addition to all line item details, like the cost per item saved on Shopify. Most fields are editable in the PO creation screen, making it simple to adjust anything.

Ship to multiple addresses

Set the "Ship to" field of the PO to one of your locations, any custom address, or the shipping address of an Order, so your supplier may deliver directly to your customers.

Generate and email PDF file

Generate a PDF document of your purchase order for print and filing, or email the supplier with a button in the app. We integrated the emailing task with your default email client, to reduce the chance of the message going to a spam folder, improving deliverability and letting you keep record of messages more easily.

Manage your supplier database

Store multiple supplier profiles in the app, and easily assign new purchase orders to any of them at any time.

Include shipping and tax information

If you have complex shipping or tax calculations for each P.O., the app gets out of the way and lets you overwrite any amounts.
