In simple words, the best I have worked with! Louis is always available, very efficient, and super patient with all my demands and questions (and I do have a lot!!!). Ashley is an amazing agent. I had a product that needed to be custom manufactured and she made the process very easy and was very transparent with me and keeping me very updated. GermanDrop is an easy to use once linked to your Shopify store. My account Rep, Benson, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to source the pricing of new products that I add to my store so that I am better able to set my pricing for a 2.5x-3.0x ROI. Once the items are sourced, the pricing is automatically set for each order so that I know how much I need to pay for the product and I can easily calculate my profits. They allow you to batch pay via PayPal or Wise. I have tried different suppliers and GermanDrop by far is the best supplier I have experienced so far.
