In simple words, the best I have worked with! Louis is always available, very efficient, and super patient with all my demands and questions (and I do have a lot!!!). He is clear about pricing, product quality, shipping, and refunds. I’ve never had any issues, and he goes the extra mile with you and even gives great advice. I recommend him 100%.

GermanDrop is an easy to use once linked to your Shopify store. My account Rep, Benson, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to source the pricing of new products that I add to my store so that I am better able to set my pricing for a 2.5x-3.0x ROI. Once the items are sourced, the pricing is automatically set for each order so that I know how much I need to pay for the product and I can easily calculate my profits. They allow you to batch pay via PayPal or Wise. I have tried different suppliers and GermanDrop by far is the best supplier I have experienced so far.

honestly one of the best supplier apps i’ve worked with on shopify. i’ve tested a few different suppliers before and germandrop has been the smoothest by far, especially when it comes to communication and support.
my agent benson is genuinely the biggest reason i’m leaving this review. he’s always responsive, explains things clearly, and actually tries to help instead of giving copy paste answers. whenever i had questions about pricing, variants, order changes, or negotiating costs, he took the time to break everything down and work with me to find the best solution. it never felt rushed or annoying to ask questions.
what i really appreciate is how flexible they are. if i made a mistake with an order or needed to adjust something last minute, benson helped fix it without making it a big problem. that kind of support matters a lot when you’re running a store and things move fast.
shipping and order handling have been consistent, and the app itself is easy to use and connects cleanly with shopify. overall it just feels like they actually care about long term partnerships instead of just taking orders and disappearing.
if you’re looking for a reliable supplier with real human support and good negotiation, i’d 100 percent recommend germandrop. shoutout to benson especially, great agent and solid guy to work with.
