Working with German Drop has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business, and a huge part of that comes down to our agent, Ashley.
Ashley is incredibly responsive no matter the time or the question, she gets back to us fast and always with a clear answer. That alone changes everything when you're running an e-commerce business and every hour counts.
What really sets her apart is her problem-solving. Whenever something comes up a supplier issue, a stock shortage, a shipping delay, a quality concern she doesn't just report the problem, she comes back with options. She'll source an alternative, negotiate with the factory, or find a workaround so our orders keep moving. We've never been left stuck.
