I love this app, and I think it adds character to the emails I send or the automated emails for order, shipping, out for delivery, and delivered updates. However, the app has been difficult to access for some time, and I have no way to adding more gifs or contacting the support team of Studio RAO when I first reached out. Nonetheless, the app is still operating, but I hope non access to the app from the Shopify Admin and App Store will be resolved soon.
I am really surprised about the effect of using gifs in my e-mails! I've gotten so many amazing responses from my customers saying they loved my emails.
The biggest impact was in my order confirmations, I've seen more clicks and visits to my website since using the app AND happier customers. Thanks a lot for making this app guys!
