Great customer service, with follow up. They understood what had to be tweaked in order to match what I needed to accomplish. I tested several apps to build a gift box and this app, by far, was the simplest to implement. Plus, the cost is lower than the others.

I've been using the free version for a while, just while I established my Build Your Box. I recently upgraded to the paid packages, ran into a little issue early on, but Rishabh was very attentive and quick to resolve my issue. I look forward to continuing to use QE BYOB and have already received orders from customers. :D
