GIGA offers a wide range of products, and the key advantage is that orders and inventory are automatically synced, saving us a lot of time. Customer service is also very responsive when we have issues. Hopefully, more products and suppliers can be added in the future.

Have a problem with a broken piece on a treadmill and yet they have not responded to this issue for over a week and I keep trying to contact them yet nothing. Support is obviously lacking alot

Responded and did a great job on this issue

Customer service has been great and handled all my issues quickly now, actually they handled the issue here but forgot to inform me.

I had a problem with importing products Giga reached out to me immediately and fixed the problem. It was a glitch or bug! Not their fault! I must say they have the best customer service. Because of this I would recommend them to others.

Giga apps are viable and easy to use. Don't forget to sync your products when you log into the Giga website, it's an excellent step.
