This business of setting up a shop is very new to me and having tried various apps I can tell you that this one is FANTASTIC! It is such a great way to try and build your base and a fun way to do it. I'm not technically inclined so I have been relying on customer support and they are hands down the best I have encountered - Andrea is amazing! If you are looking for a way to spread the word about your product, try Giveaway Ninja! The customer support goes above and beyond, and they will help you along the way!

The app is easy to set up and get going. Customer service is super quick to respond and amazing at solving all issues, and walking you through how to get everything set up the best way.

Oh man... where do I begin? Andrea Is just something else with the way she ensures you get the most out of this wonderful app. Not only is it super beginner friendly, but it also just does the job so effectively. Needless to say, Andrea's expertise in knowing what is best for your particular needs is just unmatched. It's really what makes this app so great and better than all the other ones; It's simplicity and just outstanding customer service. Truly the best! We are using the app to assist with engagement. It loaded up perfectly and when we had a minor issue, customer support at Giveaway Ninja jumped right in. Not only did they clarify things for us they dove in and optimized things for us. Full marks!

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)
