The team really helps with setting and optimizing the feeds. They offer a variety of services and always willing to hop in a call and make sure everything is right!

2 things stand out for me.
1. The App is very good and easy to use.
2. The customer service, is one of the best iv encountered ( given how most companies don't get back to you, or use AI Bots ). These guys come back to you right away, with a real person. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I fell so supported with them and a massive shout out to Ajit who has been amazing.

This is by far the best app you will ever install on Shopify. No more running different apps for other platforms to sync products. Simprosys has it all.

What makes this app is the support team behind it. I would give them an extra 5 stars on their own!

It is a perfect and helpful app for managing your feed for ads and free listing. I like that I can only modify product titles and other attributes in the feed for better search results and don't need to change details on the Shopify store product page.
Also, support is very responsive. Recently, I had a problem related to tax calculation in Google ads, and they resolved it very quickly. It wasn't their fault; rather, it was associated with Shopify markets and how they calculate VAT. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to manage ads and free listings.
There are many different settings available, as well as connections to Facebook, Pinterest, and Bing ads.

I just started using this app so I can’t fully comment on it yet. But so far, so good! One thing is for certain, the customer service is ASTOUNDING. Ruchi helped me in getting some things set up and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything set up correctly. I wish all apps had this level of quality and customer care. Something that is sorely missing in this day and age. Two thumbs up from me!
